House Rules

In order to make your stay in our Zen Spot mobile homes as pleasant as possible and to avoid possible inconveniences or mistakes, please read the house rules. By confirming your reservation, you are deemed to know, agree with and will fully comply with these rules. Violation of the house rules may result in cancelation of the reservation, in which case the full price of the accommodation will be payable, regardless of the fact that the stay is shortened

  • Upon arrival, all guests must present their personal documents (passport or identity card) at the reception of camp Jezera Lovišća, so that they can be registered in the Tourist Board’s records. The documents will be returned within 24 hours, but the guest can also deposit them for the rest of his stay. The campsite has the right to decide and keep a document for the duration of your stay at the campsite.
  • We ask our guests to note that our mobile homes are non-smoking and that smoking cigarettes and other tobacco products is allowed only on the terrace of the mobile home. Children and minors are strictly forbidden to consume alcohol and tobacco products in the mobile homes in Jezera Lovišća.
  • Guests take care of the cleanliness of the mobile home. Zen Spot is not obliged to clean and tidy the mobile home and dispose of the garbage during the whole stay of the guest.
  • Zen Spot is not obligated to provide kitchen towels, cleaning supplies or hygiene items.
  • Zen Spot will be happy to provide fresh linens every 7 days and towels every 4 days, but only if requested by the guest. If you would like a more frequent change, we will be happy to arrange this for an additional charge of € 5 for a set of towels for one person or a set of bed linen for one person.
  • Zen Spot staff is not authorized to enter the mobile home during the guest’s absence, unless agreed with the guest, or to prevent damage or danger that may occur to/in the mobile home. In this case, the guest must be informed as soon as he/she returns to the accommodation unit. If for any reason Zen Spot considers that the house rules have not been respected, the guest is obliged to allow Zen Spot staff to enter the accommodation unit to check this.
  • Guests are required to take care of their personal belongings and valuables in the accommodation unit. Zen Spot assumes no liability for the disappearance of personal belongings or valuables. Therefore, guests are advised to close/lock doors and windows every time they leave the mobile home and keep valuable items or documents in the safe at the  campsite Jezera Lovišća reception, which is a free service for guests.
  • It is not allowed to bring and keep weapons in the mobile home, as well as non-flammable and explosive substances, products with strong and unpleasant odor, drugs and substances prohibited by law. Lighting a fire on the campsite is prohibited by law.
  • When leaving the mobile home, guests are asked to turn off the lights and electrical appliances and turn off the gas and water. Cooling food and drinks with running tap water is not allowed. It is forbidden to dispose of waste in toilets, sinks and the like, even outside the mobile home or near it, except in the bins / containers provided for this purpose.
  • Guests are requested to take care of the accommodation unit and the furniture inside and outside the accommodation unit. Furniture and other items must not be moved to another mobile home, to the terrace or to the beach (e.g. cutlery to another accommodation unit, towels or a blanket to the beach,…), except tables and chairs that can be carried to the terrace.
  • We ask our guests not to disturb other guests in the complex between 21:00 and 08:00. The lock at the entrance of the camp is closed between 24:00 and 7:00. The maximum speed for vehicles is 20 km per hour.
  • A guest who intentionally or unintentionally damages property must pay the full amount of the damage to the provider. Zen Spot may require the guest to pay a deposit for any damage until the day of departure. The deposit will be refunded in full to the Guest upon departure if the damage to the mobile home was not caused by the Guest or if the Guest leaves the mobile home in the same condition as when they picked it up.
  • On the day of departure, guests must leave the mobile home no later than 10:00 am so that it can be prepared for the next guests arriving at 3:00 pm. Guests are required to leave the mobile home in the same condition as when they picked it up, i.e. tidy and undamaged.
  • Pets are allowed only with the permission of the provider.  Pets are not allowed without prior notice and in this case, the provider has the right to cancel the booking. Owners are obliged to bring a special bed or a cover for their pet to protect the furniture in the mobile home The guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets, and they undertake to remove their droppings inside, outside and near the house as well as at the beach. If it is agreed that the pets will be outside the mobile home, guests are not allowed to leave the pets in the mobile home.
  • We understand that when using a grill, despite all caution, it may happen that the fat splashes around. Therefore, please use the grill only in the designated area.
  • Zen Spot or Jezera Village campsite may cancel a reservation early if the guest does not comply with the house rules or Croatian laws. In this case, the guest will pay the full amount of the reservation, regardless of the fact that the stay will be shortened.
  • Guests are requested not to bring food or drinks into the bedrooms.
  • The price of renting a mobile home includes a parking space for 1 car. The car must be parked on the plot of the rented mobile home. If the car is parked outside the allocated plot of the mobile home, the campsite charges € 50 per day. A parking space for an additional car is to be paid according to the campsite price list. Car washing is forbidden in the whole camp.
  • When registering at the camp reception, the guest receives a keycard for his vehicle, with which he enters and leaves the camp. Passing the card on to third parties for use is strictly prohibited.
  • Only people who have registered at the camp reception can stay in or outside the mobile home. If Zen Spot or Camp Jezera Lovišća find unregistered persons during the check, the renter of the mobile home must pay Zen Spot d.o.o. a fine of € 500 per person for an unregistered person, and at the same time the unregistered person will be removed from the camp. At the same time  Zen Spot has the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
  • It is not allowed to organize events and parties in the mobile homes.
  • With the beginning of the use of the accommodation unit, it is assumed that the guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees to the terms and conditions. Any problem that cannot be solved in a peaceful way with Zen Spot or the responsible persons in the Jezera Lovišća may lead to the involvement of the police or the court in Zadar. The complaint is valid only if the guest notifies Zen Spot or Camping Jezera Lovišća reception immediately after the cause of the complaint has arisen and if the complaint has not been resolved within a reasonable period of time. If the cause of the complaint has not been resolved on the spot, the guest has the right to a written complaint, which must be forwarded to the provider within 15 days after the end of the stay. Later complaints will not be considered.
