TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Making Reservations

  1. Reservations are made via email or the Enquiry Form on our website.
  2. Upon receipt of the request, the provider makes a temporary reservation valid for four days after sending the offer (the number of days may vary depending on the date of arrival). The offer includes ​an estimate of the total cost ​and the deposit to be paid in​ advance​​:
    1. An advance deposit of 20 percent of the reservation value
    2. The minimum advance deposit for lower value reservations is EUR 50.00
    3. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer.
  3. To make your reservation valid/final, the deposit has to be paid within four days from the offer date. If the deposit has not been paid in a timely manner, the reservation will be invalid. The reservation will be automatically cancelled four days after sending the offer if no notice of the deposit is received.
  4. After the deposit has been paid, an e-mail notification is required in order to confirm the reservation.
  5. The campsite reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation at its discretion.
  6. The received deposit will be deducted from the total bill. The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before arrival. The reservation will be automatically cancelled if the bill is not paid in total 30 days before scheduled arrival.

Difference In The Amount Of The Offer And The Final Bill Issued

The prices in euros are for information purposes only and the total charge in Croatian Kuna may vary depending on the currency exchange rates. The euro is not an official currency in the Republic of Croatia, and therefore prices denominated in euros are for information purposes only.

Reservation Confirmation

  1. On the receipt of the deposit, the guest will be sent a reservation confirmation to the e-mail address provided in the questionnaire or the one from which a direct e-mail has been sent.
  2. The reserved dates will be specified in the confirmation letter and the total bill will be issued accordingly.
  3. In case of late arrival or early departure, the guest will be charged the full amount off the booking including all booked services.
  4. The booking of the mobile home obliges the provider only to provide accommodation in Zen Spot Mobile Homes under the terms and conditions specified in the offer, except in unforeseeable circumstances such as force majeure (strike, war, extreme weather and similar).

Reservation Change

  1. Reservations can be changed not later than one month prior to the date of arrival, depending on the availability (of time period or accommodation unit).
  2. If a different number of guests will be staying in a mobile home, only tourist tax and registration fee will be charged to the guests staying in a mobile home.

Reservation Cancellation

  1. Reservations may be cancelled only in writing. We do not accept cancellation requests by phone.
  2. A minimum of € 50.00 will be retained by the provider.
  3. If a reservation is cancelled:
    1. within 30 days prior to the arrival date – the provider retains the full amount paid.
    2. 30 to 45 days prior to the arrival date – the provider retains 75 percent of the deposit amount, and the remaining 25 percent is refunded to the guest
    3. more than 45 days prior to the arrival date – 50 percent of the deposit amount will be refunded to the guest.
  4. If the guest fails to announce reservation cancellation, the provider retains the full amount paid.
  5. In order to enable the provider to make the refund, the guest must provide the following information in writing:
    1. full name of the payer
    2. full home address of the payer
    3. iban
    4. swift/bic
    5. name of the bank
    6. bank address

Check-In And Check-Out

Check-in on arrival date is from  15:00 until 21:00.

Check-out on departure date is from 07:00 until 10:00 at the latest.

Additional Costs and Payment

  1. The price of the reservation does not include the costs billed by the campsite and not the provider such as:
    1. Registration and tourist tax
    2. Possible additional services, which campsite charges: price of mooring, parking for additional car… 
  2. In order to avoid any delays or waiting in line, we recommend you to settle your account a few days prior to the departure date.
  3. At the reception one-time payment can be made using any bank card (EC/MC, Visa, Diners, Amex, Maestro) and by cash payment in Croatian Kuna.
  4. Payments cannot be made in any other currency. ATM is located within the campsite.
  5. The prices specified in the price list are for an overnight stay.

Maximum Number of Guests

Although Adria SLine mobile homes are registered for 4 + 2 people (2 bedrooms) or 6 + 2 people (3 bedrooms), we recommend accommodating up to 4 or 6 adults and one child up to 12 years old who would be accommodated on an additional bed that is part of the living room of the mobile home, for maximum comfort.

Travel Documents

Travelers are required to have valid personal travel documents. Invalid documents, which result in a waiver of the booking or an impossibility to check in, are not in any way the responsibility of the provider.

Pets

  1. Pets are welcome in Zen Spot mobile homes.
  2. Campsite charges per day fee for each pet.
  3. Pets must be registered at the reception desk at check-in and a travel document must be presented for each pet.
  4. In the campsite area pets must be kept on a leash. They are forbidden to enter including its food service establishments.
  5. Owners are obliged to bring a special bed or a cover for their pet to protect the furniture in the mobile home. In case of any damage, the owner will be liable for damages.
  6. Pets are not allowed on campsite beaches, except those intended for pets. The pet-friendly beaches are marked on the map of the campsite.

Marine Vessels

Boat berth renting is a service provided by the campsite and not the provider.  The guest bears sole responsibility  for the communication with the campsite and following the rules  regarding marine vessels.

Obligations of the provider

Zen Spot d.o.o. as the provider is obliged to take care of the execution of the services as well as the selection of the service provider, with the care of a good host and to take care of the rights and interests of the guests according to the customs of tourism. The provider will provide all the services indicated in its entirety and, in the described manner, except in the case of “force majeure” such as natural disasters, war, unrest, strike, etc. on which the provider has no influence.

Guest obligations

The guest is expected to comply with the House Rules of Zen Spot Mobile Homes and the Jezera Holiday Village Resort complex, and cooperate with the representative of the provider and the service providers in the Jezera Village facility. In the case of non-compliance with the obligations, the guest is responsible for any damages which may arise as a consequence of such behavior. In such cases, the provider holds no responsibility for the damage, and if damage occurs, the guest independently settles the amount of the damage to the owner, to whom the damage occurred. By confirming a reservation, the guest also confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions. Guests cannot file complaints based on not reading the terms and conditions.
